Timeline

Note: This page is a work in progress.

The storylines of the Alien, Predator and Alien vs. Predator science fiction film franchises have been merged into a single continuity by the release of the Aliens versus Predator comics series (1989) and the films Alien vs. Predator (2004) and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007). Since the inception of the original film Predator, various Predator stories have been released in a number of media fleshing out the history and events of the overall expanded universe. The following is a fictional timeline of events as they unfold in the Predator/AVP universe, as found primarily in the, Alien, AVP, Prometheus and Predator film series, and various Predator comics, novels, and officially licensed video games.

October 10, 2896 BC	Earth: The Yautja return to Earth and begin a hunting ritual in which several humans sacrifice themselves as hosts for Xenomorphs so that the Yautja may hunt them as a rite of passage. This ritual continues every one hundred years on the 10th of October. The Yautja activate their self-destruct mechanisms if overwhelmed by the Xenomorphs, which causes the destruction of some early human civilizations.	Alien vs. Predator
2000 BC	Northern Cambodia: A young cambodian hunter called Funan and three other are hunting wild pigs near a pyramid temple, the three hunters are killed by a xenomorph and Funan is badly injured. Before he passed out, he witnessed a yautja fight the xeno. A Yautja hunting expedition goes awry when the Xenomorphs multiply out of control. The Yautja wipe out all trace of the infestation. 300 AD	Brodilovo, Bulgaria: Saint George witnesses a ball of fire fall from the sky. From the ball of flame arises a dragon (actually a Yautja) which he faces.	Aliens vs. Predator: Old Secrets
1325 AD	China: Li Yat Sen, a charlatan, liar and thief is beaten and expelled from his village and is the sole witness to the crash of a mostly intact Yautja ship in the mountains.	Aliens vs. Predator: Eternal
1700-1709 AD	Japan: Shogun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi and his forces face sudden attack by a group of Yautja, ending in a final duel between one Yautja and a blind swordsman, chosen by Shinto monks. The monks make prophecy that the duel will continue in the future where the swordsman, in some form, will have to face the Yautja again in another duel.	Predator: Blood Feud
1718 AD	Guinea Coast, Africa: Pirate Captain Raphael Adolini must fight his mutinous crew and is aided by a Yautja referred to as the "Golden Angel". At the end of the encounter, the captain gifts the Yautja with his flintlock pistol with the engraving: "Raphael Adolini 1715".	Predator 2 Predator: 1718
1863 AD	Ozark Mountains, America: A group of Union and Confederate soldiers team together to fight a Yautja drawn by the American Civil War.	Predator: Hell Come a Walkin'
1881 AD	Bengal, India: A Yautja hunts villagers and British troops, including Edward Soames, in Bengal, India, giving rise to the local legend of a rakshasa, or Hindu demon, stalking the area.	Predator: Nemesis
1896 AD	London, England: The same Yautja hunts in London, England, giving rise to the legend of the murderer Spring-Heeled Jack. It is faced again by Captain Edward Soames, who is employed by the secret order of the mysterious Diogenes Club, led by Mycroft Holmes.	Predator: Nemesis
October 10, 1904 AD	Bouvetoya, Antarctica: The whaler Emma, sailed to Bouvetoya at the start of the whaling season for the Nyberg Brothers oil company. The Emma successfully hunt almost 300 whales during the year. Later they see strange lights in the sky, and the crew recovers a yautja pod and bring it to the camp. crew member Karl Johanssen see the predator kill his crew mates and flees to the ice. Later returns almost dead by hypothermia and before he died, he witnessed a predator fights an alien in the mess hall.	Alien vs. Predator Unrated Edition and novelization
August 1914 AD	France: World War I - The Yautja are attracted to the massacres and battles in the war at various locations.	Predator: The Bloody Sands Of Time
June 18, 1916 AD	Verdun, France: Jean Brunaud and his squad witness a Yautja in battle at the trenches near Verdun. The helmet of one of the fallen Yautja is eventually passed down by mysterious people to CIA lawyer Griggs Irving in 1992.	Predator: The Bloody Sands Of Time
1919 AD	Two Witch Mesa, Cibola County, New Mexico: A Yautja ship lands in the area. A Yautja attacks during a skirmish between Enoch Nakai's great grandfather and the Navajo men of his community against white oilmen who have laid claim to an ancient Navajo burial site. Afterward a man from the Indian Agency arrives and questions Nakai's great-grandfather. One of the victim's wives gives Nakai's great-grandfather a prong from a Predator weapon, which his grandfather passes on to Enoch in 1994.	Predator: Blood on Two-Witch Mesa
1926 AD	Florida Everglades: A Yautja hunts an escaped convict from the Big Cypress Penitentiary and the three prison guards sent after him.	Predator: God's Truth
1930 AD	New Way City, USA: A Yautja stalks mob boss Bruno Borgia. Bruno's wife Isabella shoots the Yautja in the eye, causing his blood to splatter on her and her infant son Hunter. The now one-eyed Yautja makes a hasty escape, leaving behind some of his equipment. Failing to kill himself, shamed by defeat and having exposed his race to the humans, the Yautja, now known as Scarface, is exiled by his clan to a planet inhabited by deadly alien creatures. 1931 AD	Bayou Lafourche, Louisiana: A Yautja mistaken for the legendary local Gollywomp hunts three musk rat trappers in the bayou. His artifacts remain with a trapper.	Predator: Strange Roux
August 16–20, 1936 AD	Nghasa, Kildeer Station, Serengeti, Africa: A Yautja hunts railway workers, mistaken for a killer lion, and must then face a human hunter and local game wardens sent in to deal with it. Gives rise to the legend of the Dudu Ya Porini.	Predator: The Pride at Nghasa
1939-1945 AD	Llanganati Mountains, Ecuador, South America: During World War II, a Nazi commandant and his team encounter a Yautja during their quest for Incan gold.	Predator: Demon's Gold
August 6, 1945 AD	Hiroshima, Japan: Atomic bombs are dropped on Hiroshima, Japan. According to later US government records, the heat and conflict attract Yautja.	Predator 2
Summer, 1947 AD	Upper East Side, Manhattan, NY: A Yautja hunts mobsters during a turf war between the gangs of mob bosses Tony Vincenzo and Bernie Jinks and a crime reporter named Max who is covering the story. O.S.S. type military intelligence officers think its related to aliens and try to cover up the incident for national security reasons.	Predator: The Hunted City
1958 AD	Fleener Creek, Oregon: A Yautja hunts a hunter and his son, Buddy Wilcox, in the woods near the town, seriously affecting young Buddy.	Predator: Kindred
1959 AD	Hollywood, CA: A Yautja lands for a hunt in Hollywood. He attacks the offices of American National Pictures and then the Atomic Drive-In where the premier of a gimmicky new sci-fi film in 4-D is taking place.	Predator: It Came From the Fourth Dimension
1968 AD	Vietnam: A Yautja hunts during the Vietnam War and the South Vietnamese officer from the famous footage of the execution of a North Vietnamese prisoner is later accused of committing a bloody massacre which was actually a Predator attack.	Predator: The Bloody Sands Of Time
1984 AD	Nicaragua: A Yautja attacks and decimates a Contra-training camp headed by US Special Forces Officer Faulkner.	Predator: Captive

September 22th, 1979 AD	Bouvet Island, Antarctica: A mysterious explosion detected by a Vela Hotel satellite over the Indian Ocean, known as Vela Incident. Initially though to be caused by a nuclear detonation or an airbust from a meteor, was later theorized by Sebastian de Rosa to be caused by a Yautja self-destruct device. The investigation was in charge of Colonel Alexander Woods.	Historical fact. Alien vs Predator (film) and Novelization.
1987 AD	Republic of Val Verde, Central America: A Yautja lands in Val Verde, Central America and hunts an elite mercenary team assigned by Major General Homer Phillips and lead by Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer. All of Dutch's team are killed one-by-one by the Yautja before being faced and killed by Dutch.	Predator
Summer 1988 AD	Fleener Creek, OR: During the heat record in the region not experienced since 1958, a Yautja returns to the area after 30 years and faces convicted murderer James McCutcheon, local townspeople, local sheriff Kelly Mathis, and Buddy Wilcox, who faced it 30 years earlier. The incident is at least in part covered up in the national media by FBI Bureau director Timothy Gray.	Predator: Kindred
Summer 1989 AD	New York City, NY: In the midst of a heatwave and a drug war, Yautja fight Detective Schaefer, brother of Dutch, and his partner Detective Rasche, street gangs, the police and the army. The military officer in charge of the operations dealing with the Predators is Major General Phillips from the Val Verde incident. Val Verde, Central America: Detective Shaefer fights another Yautja in Val Verde. 1990 AD	Yamal Peninsula, Siberia, Russia - About 5 months after the events in New York, a Predator ship crashes near an oil refinery station in Siberia. Major General Phillips sends an undercover US military team lead by himself and Detective Schaefer to recover it. A Russian team is also sent to do the same. The teams face each other and the Yautja. October 1, 1990 AD	Mumbai, India - Peter Weyland is born to an Oxford-educated Professor of Comparative Mythology and a self-taught engineer.	Weyland Industries Timeline
August 11, 1990 AD	Chicago, IL - A Yautja hunts rival gang leaders Enrique Cerezo and Estaban Rojas Herrera in Chicago's South Side. The vigilante/mercenary Cross, who is working to end the gang war, unknowingly crosses paths with the Predator. The incident is investigated by US intelligence agents R.B. Goode and K.J. Wallace, who are perhaps members of the Task Force assigned to investigate Predators lead by Agent "Blondie," who may be Commander Claude Loudermilk or Special Agent Peter J. Keyes. Summer 1990 AD	Lexington, KY: The ex-South Vietnamese officer who witnessed and was blamed for a Predator attack in 1968 is secretly killed for his knowledge by unknown CIA agents in Lexington, KY, where he had since relocated and worked as a horse trainer.	Predator: The Bloody Sands Of Time
Summer 1991 AD	Cibola County, New Mexico: A Yautja, referred to by local Navajo Indians as an Adilgashi, attacks Cole Army Base, terrorizes the town of Agate and the surrounding area. The creature is faced by Army Corporal Enoch Nakai and a military unit lead by Colonel Trench and his second in command Major Amblin. The forces at Cole are lead by Colonel Athelry and Sergeant Coates who, along with a military scientist, briefly get to study the Predator's ship. Nakai faces the beast in the volcanic region called El Malpais.	Predator: Big Game
1992 AD	Nicaragua: A Yautja interrupts a US military team under DEA agent Marty Dworkin trying to capture a dictator in Nicaragua. CIA agent Joe Bob Cantrell faces the creature. He is found with the bodies of the drug-runners strung-up and blamed for it by the army.Virginia: Cantrell gets a secret trial and accuses the army of knowing the truth and trying to cover it up. CIA lawyer Griggs Irving takes Cantrell's case. Cantrell's story reminds him of the case of the South Vietnamese officer accused of the same thing in 1968. He investigates. A mysterious source leaves him a package with the journal of Jean Brunaud from WWI, detailing his encounters and stories of the Yautja.	Predator: The Bloody Sands Of Time
August, 1992 AD	Tucson, Arizona: A government Task Force made up of special agents brought in under false pretenses based on their unknowing interaction with Yautja hunts the Canyon Killer. The team is lead by an agent called "Blondie" and scientist named Wanda, who are the only ones who know the truth about the assignment.Paloverde State Penitentiary, Arizona: A Yautja hunts murderer Mark Anthony Towers who has confessed to the Canyon Killings erroneously taking credit for all of the unsolved Yautja killings.Chicago, IL: The Task Force recruits a vigilante mercenary named Cross to help capture the Yautja.Paloverde State Penitentiary, Arizona: The Task Force sends Cross in to organize the prisoners it is hunting and capture it. Under Cross' leadership, the inmates battle the Yautja. Note: By Aug 1992, there have been 270 unsolved Predator-style killings around the country. The crimes have come to be called "Canyon Killings" after a well-publicized incident in an Arizona canyon where some hunters are killed and decapitated by the unknown "Canyon Killer". Other Canyon Killer incidents prior to this time include: Angola, Africa: 1) an incident in Angola, Africa some years earlier where the vigilante Cross was working as a mercenary. His unit's sweeper team faced an unexplained attack by an unknown number of Yautja. 2) Another incident which left possession of a Yautja helmet in the hands of a government research scientist named Wanda. 3) A Yautja killed some friends of the Native American tracker named Fal who is considered the greatest tracker alive. 4) A vigilante named Kate who used to hunt sexual predators was killed by a Yautja, causing her girlfriend Tiger, who was working with a police force at the time to swear revenge. 5) A military demolitions expert named Percy witnesses a Yautja active during time in a war zone. 6) A special agent known as "Blondie" and his team come across Yautja handiwork around the world deriving their origins and habits, most recently in South America, possibly at first thinking it is the work of lunatic environmentalists. Despite his efforts, they haven't been able to capture a Yautja alive and others always come for the body.	Predator: Race War
1992 AD	Tokyo/Nikko, Japan: A Yautja attacks a street gang and a Tokyo dojo while hunting blind martial arts sensei and inventor Juta Tanaka. Tanaka faces the Yautja in a duel near Nikko, Japan, fulfilling the prophecy of Shinto monks 300 years earlier. Inspector Mitsugi of the Tokyo Police investigates the incidents and calls in the army. General Miyamoto Kataro a former student of Tanaka's aids him during the incident.	Predator: Blood Feud
Summer, 1993 AD	New Jersey Pine Barrens, New Jersey: A psychopathic Bad Blood Yautja on the run from Yautja law enforcers crashes his ship near the New Jersey national park, attacks a nearby paintball range and other locals. The creature is sought by a huge CIA Task Force assigned to hunt the Yautja lead by commanding Agent Claude Loudermilk and his second in command Agent Garvin. It is also hunted by a fellow-Yautja law enforcer from space. A group of four awol CIA agents lead by "Poppa" John Pulnick and including Mandy Graves faces the beast and the team lead by Loudermilk, their former superior officer.	Predator: Bad Blood
April, 1994 AD	Cibola County, New Mexico: Enoch Nakai, now working as a gas station attendant after his Yautja-related incident, talks to his grandfather who shares a story and evidence that Enoch's great-grandfather also witnessed a Yautja attack 75 years earlier. Nakai is offered a job working for the government tracking the Yautja by a mysterious, blonde, mustached agent calling himself John Smith (who could possibly be "Blondie"). August 10-October 1996	Val Verde, South America: A crazed Yautja runs rampant in the area where Dutch faced the Yautja in 1987 and his brother fought one in 1989. Two military units and an expensive military robot are sent in after it; then Detective Schaefer is coerced by General Homer Phillips back into the country to face it. The President of the country, known as El Presidente, says his people have known of and faced the beasts for centuries.	Predator: Dark River
Summer 1997 AD	Los Angeles, CA: A Yautja lands in Los Angeles and begins hunting gang members involved in a drug war and faced by a team of policemen lead by Lieutenant Harrigan. The Yautja is itself also hunted by a clandestine government military team known as the OWLF unit, lead by Special Agent Peter Keyes and his second in command Agent Garber. The unit has detailed information about the Yautja and records of the Val Verde incident. Harrigan is gifted with Raphael Adolini's flintlock pistol by the "Golden Angel", aka Greyback. Agent Garber becomes head of the OWLF unit.	Predator 2
1997 AD	Off the Southern Coast of Chille: A Yautja ship lands in the ocean several miles from one of the archipelagos that make up the South Chillean Coast attracted by a volcanic rift that has caused unnaturally warm waters and opened up a fissure into undersea crevices with new creatures to hunt. An unnamed secret "Organization", headed by "the directors", with a past history of dealings with the Yautja, assigns one of its top agents, Captain Rafe Cromartie of Special Operations and his team to investigate and/or capture an alien or its technology. The Chillean authorities grant the organization a two-day window of opportunity, before sending in the Chillean Navy, the U.S. Military, the CIA and others who will probably follow. One of the team receives top secret deep cover emergency training based on the organization's cumulative knowledge of the Xenomorphs. The creature faces Cromartie's team, including Cromartie, special agent Maria Theresa O'Higgins Pavez, Agents Brahm and Matteson and one of the new unknown life-forms from the fissure that it had been hunting. 1997 AD	Colonel Alexander Woods submits his final report regarding an unexplained nuclear explosion off Bouvet Island in 1979, and those believed responsible. The results are inconclusive. His daughter Alexa Woods begins working on 'The Ice' (Arctic/ Antarctic environments.) Mount Ranier: Later in the year, Alexa Woods and her father climb Mount Ranier. Following complications from a broken leg, Colonel Woods dies during the descent.	Alien vs. Predator and novelisation.
May, 1998 AD	Nevada Desert: Billionaire Tyler Stern, who has created a Yautja-specific biosphere in the middle of the Nevada Desert, traps a one-armed Yautja within it. Corporal Faulkner is employed as security. Stern and his staff face the creature.	Predator: Captive
1999 AD	Yellowstone National Park: Naturalist Maya Bergstrom, ex-combat photographer George Maxwell, and a nameless government agent encounter three Bad Blood Yautja on a rampage, who are in turn hunted by an age-old Predator sent to stop them. Bergstrom uncover's evidence regarding the true reason Yautja have come to Earth so often and the origins of the species' involvement with Earth.	Predator: Homeworld
October 1, 2004 AD	Days after his 14th birthday, Peter Weyland is granted a Method Patent for a synthetic trachea constructed entirely of synthetically-engineered stem cells. It is his 12th registered patent to date.	Weyland Industries Timeline
Sunday, October 3, 2004 AD	Bouvet Island, Antarctica: A Yautja ship nears Earth, initiating a heat bloom beneath Bouvet Island near Antarctica which is detected by belonging to Weyland Industries. The icebreaker Piper Maru is dispatched to investigate. Maxwell Stafford starts combing the globe looking for various experts for the expedition.	Alien vs. Predator
October 8, 2004 AD	Nepal: Maxwell Stafford meets Alexa "Lex" Woods in Nepal asking for her assistance aboard the Piper Maru. Late that day Stafford meets with Professor Sebastian De Rosa and his assistant Thomas Parks in Teotihuacan to recruit them for the Piper Maru expedition.	Alien vs. Predator
Sunday, October 10, 2004 AD	Bouvet Island, Antarctica: A Weyland Industries team led by company head Charles Bishop Weyland discovers a pyramid beneath Bouvet Island, where they are caught in a battle between the Yautja and Xenomorphs.	Alien vs. Predator
Thursday, October 14, 2004 AD	Gunnison, Colorado: A Predalien crashes aboard a Predator ship outside of Gunnison, Colorado. Several Facehuggers and the Predalien escape, invading the town and creating more Xenomorphs. A lone Yautja arrives and fights the Xenomorphs in a battle with the a group of local people caught in the middle. The United States government gets involved with the attempt to contain the situation in an extreme way. A recovered Yautja shoulder cannon is delivered to a woman identified as "Ms. Yutani". 2007 AD	Iraq: A U.S. Army unit stumbles across a fight between a lone Yautja and a lone Xenomorph while patrolling a small town in Iraq. Weyland Industries helicopters arrive to cover up the incident afterward and confiscate photographic evidence of the creatures.	Alien vs. Predator: Sand Trap
2009 AD	Africa: Paramilitary security specialists for Graham Directive Security lead by man named Thorpe face off against a group of deadly Yautja from the 'Killer' clan in a third-world African nation, as the Killers themselves are stalked by a more traditional Yautja. Thorpe has prior knowledge of the Yautja from a previous encounter.	Predator (Series 2)
2010 AD	Eight individuals are abducted from earth, dropped on an unknown planet and hunted by three Super Predators. The human members are all trained in combat except a doctor who hides a terrible secret. They fight the Yautja while surviving other beings shipped to the planet. They come to learn they are being hunted for sport and that the planet works as a game reserve.	Predators
March 27, 2015 AD	Weyland Corp launches first industrialized space mission to install solar panels that align and move in Earth's orbital plane but at an axial tilt, imitating a perpetual summer solstice. December 19, 2017 AD	Using capital from his 2015 success, Weyland acquires copyrights to technology developed by NASA's innovative but poorly funded Project Prometheus. September 6, 2024 AD	Weyland Corp makes first foray into the luxury goods market with its Holographic Environment Simulator. It is the first HES able to accurately recreate the aesthetic, mood and sounds of any place in the known world, as well as provide live video feed from any calibrated receiver. 2025 AD	Tokyo, Japan: Gideon Suhn Lee (formerly known as Li Yat Sen), trillionaire and possessor of a crashed Yautja ship, uses Yautja-based technology and mercenaries to cause conflict around the world, hoping to draw out a new Yautja hunting party so he can go on prolonging his 738 year old life using their body parts. His activities draw the attention of journalist Becka McBride and, when he accidentally unleashes a pair of Xenomorphs form the ship, a new Yautja hunting party.	Aliens vs. Predator: Eternal

Two weeks later, she accompanies a group of United States Colonial Marines aboard the USS Sulaco to investigate LV-426 after Weyland-Yutani loses contact with a terraforming colony there. They discover that Xenomorphs have overrun the colony and encounter a Queen. The Marines battle the Xenomorphs. Notable paticipants in the struggle are Ripley, Corporal Dwayne Hicks, a young girl colonist named Newt and the synthetic Bishop.	Aliens

His men try to kill him unsuccessfully and he then has to battle his entire crew. The fight is witnessed by a Predator, referred to in the story as a Golden Angel. Adolini and the Predator fight off the crew together, killing them all. But Adolini is mortally wounded. The Predator attacks all of them and is finally chased off when a stray shot shorts out its invisibility, the sherriff arrives with his men and they turn on it, as well. Afterward an a man from the Indian Agency arrives and questions Nakai's great-grandfather and then nothing more is heard of it. One of the victim's wives gives Nakai's great-grandfather a prong from a Predator weapon, which his grandfather passes on to Enoch in 1994, after his own encounter with a Predator. A Predator interrupts a hit on Vincenzo, who wounds the monster. Vincenzo is arrested. "The feds got me when I was arrested. Spooky O.S.S. types -- military intelligence. They think this is some sort of space whoozit and they want it covered up for national security." In the end, the Predator is blown up by a grenade. He attacks the offices of American National Pictures and then the Atomic Drive-In where the premier of a gimmicky new sci-fi film in 4-D is taking place. Summer 1988 AD	Fleener Creek, OR: During record heat in the region not experienced since 1958, convicted murderer James McCutcheon and his gang escape into the woods near Fleener Creek, Oregon only to come across a Predator who has returned to the area after a hunt 30 years earlier. He kills McCutcheon's associates who have already killed two sheriff's deputies on a hunting trip nearby, causing a panic in the town. Local Sheriff Kelly Mathis, McCutcheon—who starts to worship the beast—and local family man Buddy Wilcox hunt after the beast as it kills others. Wilcox, the survivor of the Predator attack thirty years ago that claimed his father, turns himself into a human Predator to face and finish the beast. He buries what's left. Summer 1989 AD	New York City, NY: A Predator fights Dutch Schaefer's brother Detective Schaefer, his partner, Detective Rasche, and street gangs. Shaefer fights another Predator in Val Verde. Shaefer, Rasche, the gangs, the police and the army then face a fleet of Predators in New York City. 1990 AD	Yamal Peninsula, Siberia, Russia: About 5 months after the events in New York, a Predator ship crashes near an oil station in Siberia and attacks the refinery. An undercover US team is sent in by Major General Philips, who recruits Detective Shaefer to join them, in order to capture the Predator's technology. A Russian team is also sent to do the same. Wallace who are part of an agency from some part of the US intelligence structure, perhaps the Task Force assigned to the Predators that may be lead by "Blondie," or Claude Loudermilk, or Peter Keyes.) Summer 1991 AD	Cibola County, New Mexico: Cole Army Base, Agate, New Mexico. El Malpais.A Predator, referred to by local Navajo Indians as an Adilgashi, lands due east of the Cole Army Base in the North Plains of New Mexico. It is encountered by alienated Army Corporal Enoch Nakai while out on patrol and kills numerous soldiers. Nakai's superiors meanwhile find the Predator's ship and take it into the base to study secretly. The investigation is lead by Colonel Athelry, Sargeant Coates, and a military scientist. The Predator destroys the base by setting off the self-destruct device in his captured ship, leaving Nakai as the sole survivor. The Predator then terrorizes the town of Agate and the surrounding area causing a panic and bringing in more military reinforcements lead by Colonel Trench and his team. Corporal Enoch Nakai is allowed to join them. Trench's second in command Major Amblin is sent in to kill the monster and dies with his men. Nakai goes awol to face the beast in a final battle in a hidden jungle oasis set in the middle of the volcanic waste known as El Malpais, which it has been using as a base, and brings back its head. Presumably the rest of it is destroyed with the burning oasis.	Predator: Big Game
1992 AD	Nicaragua: A US military team under DEA agent Marty Dworkin goes in to capture a dictator in Nicaragua. CIA agent Joe Bob Cantrell is a member of the team. Dworkin is killed and the mission is interrupted by the attack of a Predator. Cantrell survives, fighting off the beast, but passes out. He is then found with the bodies of the drug-pushers strung-up by the Predator and blamed for it by the army.Virginia: Cantrell explains what happened and at his secret trial and that the army knows what happened and is trying to cover it up. He asks for a lawyer and CIA lawyer Griggs Irving is assigned. Irving takes Cantrell's case and says his story reminds him of another case, the story of a South Vietnamese officer accused of the same thing during Vietnam. He tries to track him down, but finds he's already dead. A mysterious source then leaves him a package with the journal of Jean Brunaud from WWI, detailing his encounters and stories of the Predators then and the helmet of one of them. August, 1992 AD	Tucson, Arizona: By Aug 1992, there have been 270 unsolved Predator-style killings around the country. The crimes have come to be called “Canyon Killings” in the style killings by the “Canyon Killer,” after a well-publicized incident in an Arizona Canyon where some hunters are killed and decapitated.Other Canyon Killer incidents prior to this time include: 1) an incident in Angola, Africa some years earlier where the vigilante Cross was working as a mercenary. His unit's sweeper team is all killed and strung up, Predator style. They assume it is done by Simbas, rogue mixed-tribe African fighters. 2) Another incident which left possession of a Predator helmet in the hands of a government research scientist named Wanda. 3) A Predator killed some friends of the Native American tracker named Fal who is considered the greatest tracker alive. 4) A vigilante named Kate who used to hunt sexual predators was killed by a Predator, causing her girlfriend Tiger, who was working with a police force at the time to swear revenge. 5) A military demolitions expert named Percy witnesses a Predator during time in a war zone while firing a bazooka. 6) A special agent known as "Blondie" and his team come across Predator handiwork around the world deriving their origins and habits, most recently in South America, possibly at first thinking it is the work of lunatic environmentalists, but realizing otherwise because they killed even the dogs. Despite his efforts, they haven't been able to capture a Predator alive and others always come for the body.Based on his appearance, temperament, and stylish dress-sense this agent may be either Claude Loudermilk or Special Agent Peter Keyes.Now, a Task Force of special agents lead by "Blondie" and Wanda hunts the Canyon Killer. Though both of them actually know what they are really seeking and hope to capture a Predator alive, other team members are brought in under false pretenses based on their unknowing interaction with Predators.Murderer Mark Anthony Towers confesses to the Canyon Killings erroneously, having witnessed the actual Canyon Killer Predator killing the people in Tucson, Arizona. Towers is found guilty and takes credit for all of the unsolved Predator killings. This catches the attention of the real Predator. Towers is taken to Paloverde State Penitentiary, Arizona, where he is killed by the Canyon Killer Predator in revenge for him taking the credit. The Predator is then stuck inside the prison.Chicago, IL: The Task Force recruits a vigilante mercenary named Cross, who has survived a prior run-in with a Predator in Chicago two years earlier without realizing it, to infiltrate the prison and help capture the Predator.Paloverde State Penitentiary, Arizona: The Task Force sends Cross in to organize the prisoners it is hunting and capture it. Under Cross' leadership, the inmates battle down and defeat the still-living Predator, but it is then retaken by three other Predators who appear."Blondie" vows to be more personally involved next time. Cross leaves the group, Percy and Tiger threaten to do the same.	Predator: Race War
1992 AD	Tokyo/Nikko, Japan: Blind martial arts sensei and inventor Juta Tanaka's dojo is decimated by a Predator who hunts him. Inspector Mitsugi investigates the murders and calls in the army. Juta was actually a boy (or perhaps the reincarnation of a boy) chosen to face attacking Predators by shinto monks three hundred years ago. He goes back to the site of his final duel with one of the Predators back then near Nikko, Japan. Mitsugi and some troops follow and chase off the Predator when he appears. Juta is put under house arrest, but is able to get away with the help of General Miyamoto Kataro a former student, who brings him an ancient sword admitting that no one in the military really knows what's going on. Back near Nikko, Juta duels the Predator, hunt brother of the one he slew three hundred years earlier, and slays him. Other Predators arrive and take away the body, telling him it is over. Summer, 1993 AD	New Jersey Pine Barrens, New Jersey: A group of four awol CIA agents lead by "Poppa" John Pulnick is brought out from hiding when a psychopathic Predator (known as a Bad Blood) crash lands near a paintball range near the national park being used as a cover by one of the rogue agents and kills all the customers.A huge CIA Task Force assigned to hunt the Predator descends on the forrest area, lead by commanding Agent Claude Loudermilk, former handler of the rogue agents. The CIA unit tries to capture both the rogue agents and the Predator, who is also hunted by a fellow-Predator law enforcer.Loudermilk, much of his team and most of the rogue agents do not survive the encounter. Rogue agent Mandy Graves defeats the Bad Blood and has her injuries treated and receives a ceremonial neclace as a gift from the other Predator law enforcers who arrive to take the alien bodies.The CIA team is recalled under acting commander Agent Garvin. April, 1994 AD	Cibola County, New Mexico: Granted an honorable discharge after his incident with a Predator, Enoch Nakai works at a gas station, frustrated by the government cover-up of the events and his inability to relate what he has gone through to anyone. He talks to his father who shares a story and evidence that Enoch's great-grandfather also witnessed a Predator attack 75 years earlier. Nakai is then approached by a mysterious blonde, mustached agent calling himself John Smith, who has been observing him, and offered a job working for the government to track the Predators. August 10-October 1996	Val Verde, South America: Detective Shaefer is coerced back into the South America country his brother went missing in to kill the crazed Predator he thought he killed seven years before. Two military units have been sent in to observe or kil the beast and bring back a blood sample by General Homer Phillips. The President of the country, known as El Presidente, says his people have known of and faced the beasts for centuries. He said he intercepted a CIA file stating Shaefer had beat the beasts on two occasions. At the end of the story Shaefer shows up to interogate Phillips about what he knows about his brother. It is not known what he finds out or what happens to either of them next. Phillips, however, is conspicuously missing from all other documented government efforts to hunt the Predators from this point on.	Predator: Dark River
Summer 1997 AD	Los Angeles, CA: A Predator lands in Los Angeles and begins hunting gang members and policemen involved in a drug war, but is defeated by Lieutenant Michael Harrigan. The Predators are hunted by a clandestine government military team known as the OWLF unit is lead by Special Agent Peter Keyes, they have detailed information about the Predators and records of the Val Verde incident. The Predator's body is reclaimed. Harrigan is given the gift Raphael Adolini's flintlock pistol by an Elder Predator, presumably the Golden Angel Adolini fought with. 1997 AD	Off the Southern Coast of Chille: Several miles from one of the archipelagos that make up the South Chillean Coast, a Chillean fishing vessel witnesses a Predator ship landing in the ocean in the midst of a violent thunderstorm. The captain radios the Chillean Coast Guard who do a surface inspection and find nothing. An agent in the coast guard forwards the captain's report to an unnamed secret "Organization", headed by "the directors", with a past history of trying to deal with the Predators, they realize what the incident is. The organization assigns one of its top agents, Captain Rafe Cromartie of Special Operations and his team to investigate, capture an alien or alien technology. The Chillean authorities grant the organization a two-day window of opportunity, before sending in the Chillean Navy, the U.S. Military, the CIA and others will probably follow. One of the team receives top secret deep cover emergency training based on the organization's cumulative knowledge of the aliens. The Predator, attracted by a volcanic rift that has caused unnaturally warm waters and opened up a fissure into an undersea, underground world of new life and new creatures to hunt, takes to hunting Cromartie's team, as well. It is defeated by Cromartie, special agent Maria Theresa O'Higgins Pavez and one of the new unknown life-forms from the fissure that it had been hunting. Two other of Cromartie's team, Agents Brahm and Matteson, also survive. Cromartie files a report stating that current policies concerning interception and investigation of the Predators are totally inadequate and that the mode of operations should be changed or it will only cause the death of more agents. 1997 AD	Colonel Alexander Woods submits his final report regarding an unexplained nuclear explosion off Bouvetoya in 1979, and those believed responsible. The results are inconclusive. His daughter Alexa Woods begins working on 'The Ice' (Arctic/ Antarctic environments.) Mount Ranier: Later in the year, she and her father climb Mount Ranier. May, 1998 AD	Nevada Desert: Billionaire Tyler Stern, who has created a Predator-specific biosphere in the middle of the Nevada Desert, traps a one-armed Predator within it. US Special Forces Officer Faulkner joins Stern's team undercover as head of security, but really to keep tabs on the Predator. He has faced them before in Nicaragua in 1984. Realizing the danger, Faulkner calls in an assault team known as Nimrod Squadron to shut down the facility. But the Predator ultimately activates its self-destruct sequence, destroying the biosphere and the approaching team's helicopters.	Predator: Captive
1999 AD	Yellowstone National Park: Naturalist Maya Bergstrom, ex-combat photographer George Maxwell, and a nameless government agent encounter three Bad Blood Predators on a rampage, who are in turn hunted by an age-old Predator sent to stop them. 2010 AD	Eight individuals are abducted from earth, dropped on an unknown planet and hunted by three predators. The human members are all specialists trained in combat except a doctor who hides a terrible secret. They come to learn that they are being hunted for sport and that the planet functions as a game reserve to the predators. They fight the Predators while surviving other beings shipped on the planet by the Predators. The group even finds a living air assault soldier called Noland having survived on the planet for years, he initially gives them shelter with the purpose of creating a trap to feed on them, he fails and upon fleeing he is killed by a Predator. Two of the Predators are eventually killed although many members of the human group lose there lives but the mercenary Royce, sniper Isabelle and doctor Edwin, who try and find a way to flee the remaining Predator. Edwin is then revealed to be a serial killer and drugs Isabelle while explaining to her that he likes the planet and wants to stay. Royce eventually wounds Edwin and ties hand grenades around him to use him as a trap for the remaining head predator, dubbed Berserker. After distracting the Predator Royce fights and manages to overcome him eventually killing him. Later Royce and Isabelle see that other preys are being dropped on the planet by the predators and Royce tells her they must find a way to get off the planet.	Predators

2030 AD	Neonopolis, USA: The Predator known as "Scarface" is offered a chance for redemption. Humans have been using the technology that he left behind on Earth in 1930 to kill other Predators and to wage mob warfare. The warring mob factions all pay tribute to Lucretia Borgia, daughter of Hunter and grand-daugther of Bruno, who Scarface faced in 1930. Scarface battles the mob in order to recover the Predator technology. Eventually it is revealed that MOTHER, the computer controlling Neonopolis, is actually Isabella Borgia, who has been kept alive since 1930 by Scarface's blood. Her son Hunter has gone through genetic manipulation and has become a hybrid of human and Predator traits. A final battle takes place between Scarface and Hunter, with Scarface taking Hunter's head as a trophy. Scarface is then recovered by his clan. At the end. 2093 AD	Prometheus arrives at LV-223 after two years of travel. A strange structure which has a cavern filled with Urns is found. A storm traps two crewmembers, Milburn and Fifield, inside a cave. They are attacked by snake-like creatures. Inside the Prometheus, the android David finds inside an urn a dark liquid substance, with whom he infects Holloway, who then passes onto Shaw through sex. 2094 AD	As the storm passes and the crew goes after the missing members, David discovers one of the former inhabitants of the derelict is still alive, and Holloway's infection ravages his body, leading Meredith Vickers to torch him alive. Shaw discovers herself pregnant despite being sterile, and an automated surgery table cuts a squid-like creature from her womb. An infected Fifield kills seven crewmembers before being killed by Captain Janek. Janek suggests Shaw that the planet was used by the Engineers as a military base until they lost control of their biological weapons; the ampoules. The caves within the strange structure are revealed as corridors of a ship. The remaining crew goes to awaken the Last Engineer, who kills Peter Weyland, Ford and Jackson and decapitates David, but Shaw manages to escape. The ship starts to take off, but Janek rams the Prometheus onto it to take it down. Vickers is crushed by the derelict, but Shaw survives and goes to the Prometheus Lifeboat. There she finds both the overgrown squid creature and the Engineer, who tries to kill Shaw but she escapes by unleashing the squid onto him. Shaw goes after David, and the two manage to leave LV-223 with another derelict ship, sometime later a Deacon emerges from the Engineer's body.	Prometheus

2179 AD	Ripley accompanies a group of United States Colonial Marines aboard the USS Sulaco to investigate LV-426, after Weyland-Yutani loses contact with a terraforming colony there. They discover that Aliens have overrun the colony and encounter an Alien queen. Ripley, Corporal Dwayne Hicks and the sole surviving colonist, a young girl named Rebecca "Newt" Jorden, are the only survivors after the colony's atmosphere processing station explodes, and enter hypersleep for the return trip to Earth. 2179 AD	Several Alien eggs are on board the Sulaco and hatch while Ripley, Hicks, and Newt are in hypersleep. A fire breaks out and the hypersleep pods are ejected in an escape vessel, which crashes on Fiorina 161. Ripley is apparently the only survivor and is rescued by the inmates of an all-male prison facility. A facehugger is also aboard the escape vehicle, and an Alien soon attacks the prisoners. Ripley learns that she has an Alien queen gestating inside her, and after defeating the Alien she commits suicide to prevent the Weyland-Yutani corporation from obtaining it.	Alien 3/St
2179 AD	The USS Sephora arrives on LV-426 with a battalion sized force and a full compliment of surface bound nuclear warheads on a mission to investigate the USS Sulaco after it was dispatched to LV-426 19 weeks earlier. Colonial Marines from the ship find and rescue Corporal Dwayne Hicks, who survived the crash of his escape vessel and who's death was faked.	Aliens: Colonial Marines
2209 AD	The Weyland-Yutani Corp find the planet BG-386 and send colonists there. Later, a Synthetic known as Karl Bishop Weyland finds a Pyramid hidden deep underground and with it, an Alien Queen. He decides to use the Queen to harvest more Xenomorphs. Eventually, an unusually smart Alien called Specimen Six breaks out, releases the Queen, spawns a Predalien, and infects the whole colony along with a Weyland-Yutani ship. The USCM are sent to investigate, unfortunately, a large number of Predators are drawn to the planet as well, and one of them happens to be more skilled than either side could possibly imagine.
