Trivia[]

  • "Compleat" is an archaic spelling of complete.
  • Despite the collection's title, The Compleat Aliens does not in fact include every Aliens comic published prior to the book's release. In fact, it is far from complete, and no Aliens comics released after November 1991 are included. Aliens: Countdown (originally serialized from September 1990-December 1991) is also absent. Even discounting film adaptations and series that were still ongoing at the time of the trade paperback's publication, there are at least nine comic stories missing from the collection.
