The Compleat Aliens (or Compleat Aliens) is a deluxe hardcover trade paperback comic book published by Dark Horse Comics on September 1, 1993. It collects together the groundbreaking early Aliens comics the helped launch the line; specifically, it collects Aliens: Book One, Aliens: Book Two, Aliens: Earth War and the previous trade paperback Dark Horse Presents: Aliens. The book was edited by Kij Johnson.

A strictly limited edition of just 500 copies, the slipcovered, Smyth Sewn book features a foil-stamped, bonded leather binding with specially printed endpapers. The book also includes a gallery, featuring many of the collections' original covers, and a signature page with Aliens art from Den Beauvais and Mark A. Nelson and signed by many of the people who "shaped Aliens at Dark Horse!"

- "Compleat" is an archaic spelling of complete.
- Despite the collection's title, The Compleat Aliens does not in fact include every Aliens comic published prior to the book's release. In fact, it is far from complete, and no Aliens comics released after November 1991 are included. Aliens: Countdown (originally serialized from September 1990-December 1991) is also absent. Even discounting film adaptations and series that were still ongoing at the time of the trade paperback's publication, there are at least nine comic stories missing from the collection.
