Implanted with a Chestburster

Why does it say that he was implanted with a Chestburster? We know in early drafts and deleted scene this happened but it was scrapped because it conflicted with implantation timing, a facehugger remains attached for up to a day, Carter would have been taken less than an hour by the time Ripley entered the nest. Even if the process wasn't completed, it would have started.

Burke's suicide

Did Burke detonate the grenade Ripley handed to him in the deleted scene? He fumbled around with it, but did he use it in the end? AnonymousOutlast ^{(talk) (Contribs)} 22:23, July 12, 2017 (UTC)

We don't see him do it, but as presented on the Blu-ray we hear the explosion off-screen. Ripley glances back in response to it. Whether that was how the scene would originally have played out or not, I don't know.-- LEIGH BURNE^(Talk) 11:50, July 13, 2017 (UTC)

"Murderer"

We're not going to get into semantics — the Murderers category is for people who have explicitly killed others directly and intentionally (or are confirmed to have done so previously). Thus nothing Burke does in Aliens warrants his inclusion.

• While he may be a slimy bastard, it's quite apparent that he did not intend for everyone to die when he sent the colonists to investigate the derelict.
• Ripley and Newt both survived their run in with the Facehuggers he turned loose.
• His proposed killing of the surviving Marines in transit was merely a theory voiced by Ripley, nothing more.

As such, none of those things constitute murder. Note that the category is for "Murderers", not "Attempted murderers".

And I already explained, our category has nothing to do with legal definitions (which vary widely from nation to nation anyway). It's for people who have directly murdered others in this franchise.
