I just checked the youtube description on the Alien Anthology channel and it actually credits Luke Scott as director of Last Supper. I also keep seeing references to a 3am who appears to have helped conceptualize a good number of these Alien Covenant shorts with Ridely.

- Interesting. When they were originally released, I certainly recall the implication that the footage was shot by Ridley as part of principal photography. I'll see if the Blu-ray offers any clarity (probably not — the Prometheus Blu-ray didn't give any credits for the included short films) and failing that I'll have to do some web research.--

- Here, I've found it. Luke Scott's interview about the process of making She Won't Go Quietly, Meet Walter and yes, Last Supper. In fact, if you check out his website link and section at RSA films for his 'commercials', Last Supper is one of them. I think those will be as good a confirmation as any.
