Alpha Caeli Vb-h also known as the Solomons are the second to eighth moons orbiting Alpha Caeli V[1] in Alpha Caeli System approximately 65.7 light years Coreward from Earth.[2]
History[]
Considered until the 2160s as the farthest recorded reach of humanity largely due to the fact that many expeditions exploring beyond Alpha Caeli never returned. The moons boast the largest orbital solar array network conceived by man and is one of the primary source of the ores necessary for space travel due to their mineral rich planetary ressources.[3]
Climate[]
The climate and temperature varies from one moon to another, it can go from climate controlled pressure domes to cold terraformed atmospheres.[1]
Economy[]
Key resources in the Solomons included niobium, neodymium, chromium, helium-3, hematite, and platinum.[1]
Population[]
As of 2183, the Solomons' human population stood at 3,000,000.[1]
Points of interest[]
The United States Colonial Marine Corps Eridani Marine Space Force maintained a garrison on Alpha Caeli Vg. Additionally, various mining colonies were scattered throughout the seven moons, while Seegson maintained an office on one of the moons.[3][1][4]
