The Smith & Wesson Model 66 is an American-made double action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum.

The Model 66 is a stainless steel version of the Smith & Wesson Model 19. The Model 19 was itself developed as a lighter, smaller counterpart to the company's venerable Model 27 revolver (the first revolver ever chambered for the .357 Magnum cartridge). As is typical of revolvers, it is available with a variety of barrel lengths and styles. The Model 19 was standard issue for U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service agents until the agency switched to semi-automatic pistols.

Whereas the Model 19 is produced in blued carbon steel or nickel-plated steel, the Model 66 is instead made of stainless steel and features a smooth target-type trigger.

In Predator 2, Gold Tooth is armed with a pair of gold-plated Model 66 revolvers during the raid on Ramon Vega's apartment. Mike Harrigan keeps a snub-nosed Model 66 in the trunk of his unmarked police car, but he never uses it. The unnamed commuter accosted by a gang on the subway also draws a snub-nosed Model 66 to defend himself.
