Mel Rubi is an American comic book artist who has worked on Predator, Aliens vs. Predator and cross-over projects for Dark Horse Comics.

Fermoerly an artist of mainstream superhero fare mostly for Marvel Comics, Rubi was chosen by Dark Horse as the primary artist of the franchises-wide Xenogenesis cross-over event that went through the A/P/AVP comics in 1999 (marking the end of the lines for ten years).

More recently Rubi has had a successful run as the regular artist of the Red Sonja comics series by Dynamite Comics.
