Judith was a Hyperdyne Systems 129-4 "sex synth" serving aboard the transport vessel Incunabulum. She was serving on the ship when it unknowingly set down on a moon infested by Xenomorphs, leading to the death of all but one of its crew and passengers.

Judith, along with the rest of the crew, was captured by the Xenomorphs and taken to their Hive. She was destroyed trying to defend her human crewmates from the creatures, which quickly overpowered her and tore her apart in response to her aggression.

Judith was a "sex synth" programmed to keep fellow crewmembers Taylor, Josh Hewett and Amys Johanson "happy" as Paul Church described it. Church also mentioned that she was a botanist.

Judith, along with the rest of her ships members, was ambushed by a group of Xenomorphs on an unknown moon and taken to their hive. Judith was destroyed in the early stages of Church's experience within the hive, when she attempted to attack the Xenomorphs in response to the decapitation of Rebecca Clark, only to almost immediately suffer the same fate as her. Her destruction was noted by Church as "bizarre", since according to observations, Xenomorphs were known to be generally indifferent to synthetics.
