Jordan Raskin is an American comic book artist who provided art for the comic Predator: Race War, as well as its short story prequel, for Dark Horse Comics.

Biography[]

Describing himself as largely self-taught, Raskin did also attend both the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning and the Ringling School of Illustration in Florida for one semester each.

The first major comics work of Raskin's career was on Predator: Race War for Dark Horse in the early 1990s. He then went on to work on Top Cow's Ripclaw, Penthouse Comix's Dixie Snakeyes, and DC's Batman and Lady Shiva, Marvel's X-Men Index and others. (Samples of which may be found on his website)

Jordan left comics in the mid-1990s to pursue a freelance career in advertising, creating storyboards for various advertising agencies.

Raskin then went to work in television animation as the Background Designer for Cartoon Network's Courage the Cowardly Dog and the 2002 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for 4kids Entertainment.

Most recently, Raskin produced a creator owned graphic novel titled Industry of War, published by Desperado Publishing.
