Javier Saltares is an American comic book artist who has worked on several comic books in Dark Horse Comics' Predator and Aliens vs. Predator lines.
Saltares originally got involved in the franchises working as pencil artist on Aliens vs. Predator: Duel. Years later, in 2009, Saltares returned to the lines when he was chosen as artist on the Predator: Prey to the Heavens comic series. He also drew the Predator prequel story for half of the Free Comic Book Day: Aliens/Predator flip-book issue. Originally from New York, Saltares is of Puerto Rican descent. He is married and currently resides in Missouri.
