The Jamaican Voodoo Posse were one of two criminal organizations which were involved in a gang war in Los Angeles in 1997. They were led by King Willie and were fierce rivals with the Colombian Scorpions.
The Jamaicans were in a fierce turf war with the Colombian Scorpions for control of the Los Angeles drug trade. As part of this ongoing conflict, King Willie ordered a hit on the Scorpions' leader Ramon Vega, who was subsequently killed in ritualistic fashion in his apartment by several Voodoo Posse members. However, the City Hunter began preying on Voodoo Posse members, eventually killing King Willie himself, beheading him and claiming his skull as a prize.
