Behind the Scenes[]

Jungle Tales came out during a two-year lull in the publishing of new Predator comics for Dark Horse, following the continuous publishing of new material spanning from Predator: Concrete Jungle in 1989 until 1994's Invaders from the Fourth Dimension. The lull would end in 1996 with a whole slate of new Predator comics starting with the release of the story Predator: 1718.

Trivia[]

  • Predator: Jungle Tales is one of two Dark Horse Classics reprint titles from the Aliens/Predator/Aliens vs. Predator comic book franchise, the other being Aliens versus Predator. Dark Horse released a number of such comics during the 1990s, including titles for Star Wars and Godzilla.
