The Juvenite Pack-9 were an American criminal gang that was active in Neonopolis in 2030. These members once stole a Ulysses and infiltrated their enemy's mansion. The Yautja Scarface watched this incident and used this to his advantage. He retrieved his stolen Glaive in all this chaos and defeated all the opposition in the mansion.

- Of the street gangs encountered in the game, the Juvenite Pack-9 is the only one that doesn't have a level devoted to the hunting of its members, although they are fought in a few levels, and their leader can be killed as Scarface infiltrates Borgia Industries.
