Harry Dean Stanton (July 14, 1926 – September 15, 2017) was an American actor, musician, and singer[1] who played Brett in the 1979 film Alien. He later lent his voice and likeness to the character in the 2014 video game Alien: Isolation and its expansion packs. Other notable films Stanton appeared in include Kelly's Heroes (1970), Dillinger (1973), The Godfather Part II (1974), Escape from New York (1981), Red Dawn (1984), The Last Temptation of Christ (1988) and The Green Mile (1999).
Stanton died on the 15th of September, 2017 from natural causes, at the age of 91.
