Deobia Oparei (born December 7, 1971) is an English actor and playwright who played Arthur in the 1992 film Alien3 (credited as Dhobi Oparei). Alien3 was Oparei's first film role. Other notable films he has appeared in include DOOM (2005) and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011).
