The Caliban, registration number 18095774,[1] was a commercial transport starship, licensed to Zajer/Comm Technic, captained by Joyce Palmer. The ship was used to transport John Cray to Charon Base at the request of Professor Ernst Kleist. It was subsequently used by the survivors of the devastating Xenomorph outbreak at Charon to escape the facility, and set its course for Moreno Station.
