This Ellen Ripley was the synthetic couterpart of the original heroine who died on Fiorina Fury 161. She helped Billie and Wilks battle the Xenomorph menace.

Behind the scenesEdit

When she first appeared in the original comic book she was meant to be the actual Ripley from the films because the comic was intended as a sequel to Aliens. When the character was killed in Alien 3 the comic wasn't in line with continuity any longer so later publications changed the names of the main characters and established the Ripley from these comics to be a synthetic, this retcon was made as a means to fit the story back into the series's canon.
