Celtic is a Young Yautja who comes to Earth with his brothers Scar and Chopper to complete a Right of Passage in a pyramid in Antartica, but before he could kill any xenomorphs he and his brothers were ambushed by aliens while all three brothers were distracted by a group of humans who had taken the plasmacasters meant to be used by the predators.

After Grid killed Chopper, Celtic's attention was changed from the humans to the alien. Celtic immediately engaged in combat with the Grid alien while the humans fled. The two fought each other in the ancient pyramid uninterrupted until the Grid alien was caught in a net and sent sprawling into a chamber filled with human, alien, and predator skulls. Celtic pursued it and drew a ceremonial dagger to finish the netted alien, however the alien broke out and killed him with a head-bite before he could react.

• Celtic is the biggest of the three brothers and has a more elaborate mask. Ian Whyte, who played *Celtic in the film, said he tried to give the Predator the attitude of an alpha male.
• This predator is the main reason the Grid got its name.
