The Bodyburster is a mutated Alien variant which is incapable of maturing past its larval stage. The Bodyburster resembles a large black Chestburster. They are hatched from a pink Egg among an ordinary clutch. One Bodyburster egg was smuggled to the pleasure planet Celeste. The resulting hatchling, after escaping a human host, caused chaos on the planet by biting people with a poisonous bite that caused the victims to explode. due to its venomous bite, in a similar manner to the Human Scale Parasites found on the Cloverfield Monster and in the deep abyssal trenches of the planet Earth. Sometimes thought to be a preevolution of modern day Xenomorphs.
