Autochef

Autochef food dispensers were installed aboard most commercial spacecraft in the twenty-second century. Autochef dispensers distributed food in capsulated or powdered form and could produce most fruit, vegetables and vitamin supplements. Advanced Autochefs distributed food in capsules which became edible when passed through a laser.
