Aliens vs. Predator: Annual #1 was a special double-sized comic book published by Dark Horse Comics in July 1999. The issue featured five new AVP comics short stories and was edited by Philip Amara with a cover by popular comics artist by Jae Lee.

Three of the Annual's stories--"Hell-Bent," "Lefty’s Revenge" and "Chained to Life and Death"---and an adapted version its cover were first reprinted in the limited release AVP movie DVD promo-minicomic Alien vs. Predator: Whoever Wins...We Lose (2005). In wide release, the story "Old Secrets" was collected and reprinted in Aliens vs. Predator Omnibus: Volume 1 (June 2007) and the rest of the stories were collected and reprinted in Aliens vs. Predator Omnibus: Volume 2 (Oct. 2007).

In the AVP comics line, the AVP Annual was followed by Aliens vs. Predator: The Web (Sept.-Oct. 1999).
