In Alien Trilogy, Ripley is armed initially with a 9mm pistol as her default weapon. Certain Company Security Guards also use the 9mm pistol and some can be collected off of dead Marine remnants. The weapon was relatively weak against adult Aliens and some human enemies, but very effective against Facehuggers and Chestbursters.
